Welcome to our website for Krantzkloof Falls Eco & Security Estate. Here you will find information about this beautiful security and eco-estate, established in 2000.

It comprises 25 homes that are nestled in-between spectacular vistas of the trees surrounding the homes and the wonderful Kloof Gorge at the foot of the estate. Wake to the cacophony of bird calls from the canopy of indigenous bush and endemic flowers that surround the homes. It is a welcoming and safe estate and the individual properties are immaculately maintained.

As you arrive, you are met and greeted by security staff, who have been with us from inception. Common gardens, roads and pathways are well kept and adequately lit at night allowing for an evening stroll around the homes.

The Trustees are custodians of this estate, and their mandate is security, upkeep and communication ensuring shared values are maintained. As a community, we wish to continually improve security and safety to make sure that this is one of the most sought-after estate in the area.

Our goal is to be a leading eco-estate and  to continually innovate and offer residents additional value.

We are active participants in the Kloof Policing Forum and offer assistance to the volunteer Kloof street patrol team. We appreciate the whole surrounding community, striving to be a beacon of what might be possible for the area.
